Circuit Training

Circuit training has traditionally been used as an effective way to develop both strength and cardiovascular fitness simultaneously. Completing a variety of resistance exercises and cardiovascular exercises in quick succession can improve both strength and endurance. For individuals wanting to work all muscle groups and achieve a "complete" work out in a short period of time, circuit training is an effective way to develop all round fitness in only 30 minutes per session!

    The C.A.R.E.S. circuit uses easy-to-learn hydraulic resistance machines and is great for individuals wanting to work all muscle groups and achieve a 'complete' workout in a short period of time. 

    Cardio & Strength Training

    For a more self-guided workout, we offer top of the line Nautilus equipment including ellipticals, recumbent bikes, treadmills, free weights and all-in-one workout stations to help you design your own workout. If you happen to be a golfer, we even offer equipment designed to simulate and improve your golf swing!
